Thirty classes a week across two rooms. Choose a class, pick your mat in the room, and it’s held for you until five minutes before the start.

    Classes over the next seven days

    Arrive early

    Doors open fifteen minutes before each class. Latecomers can’t join once the room is settled.

    Two rooms

    The Loft studio has 16 mats under big skylights. The Garden room has 10, with low light for yin and restorative.

    Can’t make it?

    Cancel up to two hours before to keep your class credit, so someone on the waiting list gets your mat.
