How does the free trial work?
Premium and Family start with 7 days free. You won’t be charged if you cancel in your store settings before the trial ends, and we’ll remind you two days before.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Premium is £47.99 a year instead of £71.88 for twelve monthly payments, and Family is £79.99 instead of £119.88. That’s about a third off.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, so you can cancel from your phone’s subscription settings in a few taps. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What happens to my diary if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. You’ll see the last seven days in the app, and the full history comes back if you upgrade again.
Do you offer discounts for students?
Yes, students get 50% off annual Premium. Email us from your university address via the support page.
