Paid plans have two parts: a flat fee for each location you schedule, plus a fee for each active employee. An employee is anyone with at least one shift in the billing period, so seasonal staff only count in the months they work.
Yes. One location with up to 15 people is free forever, including the team app, swaps and time off. You only pay when you add a second location or a sixteenth person.
Your trial includes everything in Business. When it ends you choose a plan. If you don’t, your account moves to Starter and nothing is deleted.
Any time. Moving to annual applies the 20% discount from your next bill. Moving to monthly takes effect when your annual term ends.
Never. The team app is free for everyone on your schedule, on iOS, Android and the web.
