01 · Adults

Individual therapy

One-to-one sessions for adults of any age, about whatever is weighing on you. Some people come for a few months to work through something specific; others come longer to understand patterns that keep repeating.

  • Anxiety, panic and OCD
  • Depression and low mood
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Burnout and life changes
  • Identity and relationships

53-minute sessions from $110 (associate) to $190 (psychologist). Sliding-scale spots available.

02 · Couples

Couples counseling

For couples who want to argue less and understand each other more, who are rebuilding after a breach of trust, or who are deciding whether to stay together. We work with couples of every kind, married or not, in English or Spanish.

How it starts

A joint first session, one short individual session each, then regular 50-minute sessions together.

Insurance

Many plans don’t cover couples work unless one partner has a diagnosis. We’ll explain your options on the first call.

50-minute couples sessions from $180. The Two Oars workshop is $290 per couple.

03 · Teens, children & families

Teens, children and families

Children from 4 to 12 meet Coralie in our playroom. Teens from 13 to 17 can see Nadira by video or Dr. Ostrander in person (from 16). Parents are always part of the work, and whole-family sessions are available with Isaura and Coralie.

Consent and privacy for young people

In Washington, teens aged 13 and older can consent to their own outpatient mental health care. With younger children, a parent or guardian consents. Either way, we agree up front with the young person and their parents what stays private and what we share, and we always share anything that affects safety.

04 · Groups

Groups starting soon

Small, closed groups of up to ten people, led by our clinicians. Everyone starts together and meets a short call with the leader first, so you know what to expect before the first evening.

  • New groups start a few times a year. Call (360) 555-0142 for the next dates.

Join a group’s interest list

Leave your name and email and the group leader’s team will get in touch about a short pre-group call. Joining the list doesn’t commit you to anything.

Please don’t include health details here; we’ll talk about what you’re hoping for on the call.

05 · Video

Video sessions across Washington

Five of our six clinicians offer secure video sessions, and Nadira works only by video. It’s the same therapy, from your kitchen table, parked car or office with the door shut.

  • You need to be in Washington

Our licenses cover Washington State, so you need to be physically in the state during each session, even if you live elsewhere.

  • Private and secure

We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform in your browser. No account or download needed; you get a link before each session.

  • What you’ll need

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a reasonably steady connection and somewhere you won’t be overheard. Headphones help.
