Our process
Seven steps, one calm day.
This is how full planning unfolds. Partial planning joins at step four and day-of coordination at step six.

The steps
12 to 18 months out Start here
Discovery call
An hour, on the phone or over coffee on Church Street. We ask about the people, the feeling and the guest list before we talk about flowers, and tell you honestly what your ideas might cost.
11 to 16 months out Start here
Proposal and design brief
A written proposal with our fee, a budget plan line by line and a design brief: palette, paper, flowers and the mood in a box of swatches you can hold.
9 to 14 months out Start here
Venue and key vendors
Up to five venue tours, then the people who book up first: caterer, photographer, band, florist. We read every contract before you sign it.
6 to 10 months out Start here
Design and guest experience
Invitations, room blocks, the welcome party and the tasting. We design the order of the day around how guests will move, eat and feel.
3 to 6 months out Start here
Logistics and the rain plan
Floor plans, rentals, transport, the seating chart and a written rain plan with a decision time agreed with the venue.
4 to 8 weeks out Start here
Final walkthrough and timeline
One last visit with your key vendors and a minute-by-minute timeline sent to everyone, from the hair team to the shuttle driver.
The day, and the week after Start here
The day, and after
We arrive before the florist and leave after the band. The week after, we return rentals, deliver tips and gifts and send you a note with every vendor’s thank-you address.
“You’ll always know what happens next, who is doing it and what it costs.”
Our three promises: a reply within one business day, a budget you can see at any time, and no vendor commissions, ever.
