Hold the keys.
Know the plan.

Cipheroak helps households and small teams keep their own keys safely: hardware wallets set up properly, multisig vaults that survive a bad day, and recovery plans your family can actually follow.

We never ask for your phrase

Not to help, not to check, not to “verify”. You write it, you keep it, and it never passes through us.

02

We never hold your keys

Every key we help create belongs to you, your family or your team. We are teachers and witnesses, not custodians.

03

We never tell you what to buy

No price talk, no trading, no yield. We take no commissions from device makers. We only care that what you own is safe.

What we do

Four ways we work with people

See prices and build a quote

Security review

Two video sessions on the setup you already have. We map every device, backup and person, find the single points of failure and write them up in order.

A two-of-three vault set up with you at your kitchen table or our studio, with metal backups, a restore drill and a year of check-ins.

From $1,650 · in person

Team vault

Multisig for a small business or nonprofit, a written signing policy, training for every signer and a rehearsed plan for when someone leaves.

From $3,900 · on site

Recovery and inheritance

A letter of instruction, an executor briefing and a recovery path that works without you, designed with your attorney so only the right person can use it.

From $380 · with any plan

A key ceremony, start to finish

Slow on purpose. Done once, properly.

A key ceremony is the afternoon your vault is born. We bring the checklists and the patience; you bring sealed devices bought new from the maker. Nothing secret ever leaves the room.

Plan your signers
  1. Step 1 · Before

A map, not a shopping list

We agree who signs, where each key will live and what happens if someone can’t be reached.

  2. Step 2 · The table

    Open, check, generate

Seals checked, devices verified, phrases generated and written by you. We watch the process, never the words.

  3. Step 3 · Rehearsal

    Sign, restore, sign again

A small test deposit, a signature with every pair of keys and a full restore from backup before real funds arrive.

  4. Step 4 · After

    Written down, checked yearly

You leave with a vault map and a letter of instruction draft. We check in each quarter with a drill reminder.

What clients say

“For the first time, recovery is something we have practiced, not a document we hope is right.”
Household vault client, Eldorado
“They spent an hour on what happens if I’m hit by a bus and five minutes on devices. That’s the right ratio.”
Recovery plan client, Los Alamos
“Our treasurer left in March. Because of the signing policy, rotating her key took a single afternoon.”
Team vault client, a nonprofit in Taos
