Pricing questions, answered straight

Does the price include the audit?

No. Your SOC 2 auditor (a licensed CPA firm) or ISO 27001 certification body bills you directly. Wardline can introduce you to independent firms, but we don't take referral fees and we don't run audits.

How do you count employees?

Everyone with a work account who is in scope for the audit, including contractors. We check the count from your identity provider once a quarter and only adjust at renewal.

What counts as a framework?

Each of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS and NIST CSF is one framework. SOC 2 Type I and Type II are the same framework.

Can we pay monthly?

Yes. Annual billing is 20% cheaper, but monthly plans can be canceled at the end of any month.

Will Wardline get us compliant by a certain date?

We can't promise that, and nobody honest can. Timelines depend on your starting point, your auditor's schedule and the observation period. The readiness assessment gives you a realistic range.

Is there a discount for startups?

Companies with fewer than 25 employees that raised less than $5 million get 30% off Essentials for the first year. Ask in your demo.
