Three teams, three first audits.

Every number on this page is the customer's own before-and-after measurement. Their auditors made the calls on their reports and certificates; Wardline helped them get ready.

Kelvara

Payments API · 140 employees

“Our auditors still did their job, and they were thorough. The difference was that every evidence request already had an answer with a date and an owner.”

Folasade Okwuosa, Head of Security

A payments company that stopped dreading evidence requests

The challenge

Kelvara's enterprise customers wanted a SOC 2 Type II report, and its card-processing partners needed PCI DSS evidence on a separate schedule. Two engineers spent most of every month collecting screenshots.

What they did

Kelvara connected its cloud accounts, identity provider and code host in the first week, then used cross-mapping to see that most of its PCI DSS work was already covered by SOC 2 controls. Failing checks went straight to engineering tickets.

The outcome

Kelvara received its first SOC 2 Type II report from its CPA firm after a six-month observation period, alongside its PCI DSS assessment.

Mendwell

Virtual physical therapy · 85 employees

“We sell to health systems, and every one of them sends a questionnaire. Now we send a trust center link and a business associate agreement the same afternoon.”

Darnell Quarles, Chief Technology Officer

Health system security reviews, answered the same week

The challenge

Mendwell sells to hospital systems, and every deal came with a long security questionnaire and a business associate agreement to negotiate. Answers lived in old email threads.

What they did

Mendwell used Wardline's HIPAA controls to run its risk analysis, tracked business associate agreements for every vendor, and published a trust center so prospects could request documents themselves.

The outcome

Mendwell completed a HIPAA risk analysis with an independent assessor and received a SOC 2 Type I report from its CPA firm.

Hirebeam

Hiring platform · 320 employees

“ISO 27001 made us write the management system down. Wardline is where it lives now, so the surveillance audit felt like a normal week.”

Valentina Ruelas, Director of Security and IT

An ISO 27001 management system that runs itself between audits

The challenge

Hirebeam's European customers asked for ISO 27001 and evidence of GDPR processor obligations, while US customers still wanted SOC 2. Three frameworks meant three spreadsheets.

What they did

Hirebeam moved its ISMS, risk register and statement of applicability into Wardline, mapped them once to all three frameworks, and tracked a data processing agreement for every processor.

The outcome

Hirebeam was certified to ISO 27001 by an accredited certification body with two minor nonconformities, both closed before the deadline.

About these results

Results depend on where you start, how much of your stack can be tested automatically and how your auditor plans the engagement. Wardline doesn't issue reports or certificates and can't guarantee an audit outcome.
