Water heater questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If your tank is under 8 years old and not leaking, a repair is usually worth it. Leaking tanks, or tanks over 10–12 years old, are almost always better replaced; we'll show you the numbers either way.
Is tankless worth it in Denver?
For families of three or more, a tankless unit typically saves $90–$140 a year in gas and never runs out of hot water. It costs more up front, so we'll compare both options with you.
How long does a replacement take?
A like-for-like tank swap takes 3–6 hours. Converting to tankless takes most of a day because of venting and gas line upgrades.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. We pull the permit, schedule the city inspection and meet the inspector, all included in the price.
