We’re 38 licensed technicians, office staff and project managers who live in the neighbourhoods we work in. Family-owned since 2011.

Our story

Dana Ruiz spent ten years watching homeowners get vague quotes, surprise invoices and no-shows. In 2011 she started Brightline with a simple promise: show up on time, price the job before starting and fix it right the first time.

Dana Ruiz starts Brightline with one van and a pager.
2015

Electrical crew joins; we move into the Larimer Street workshop.
2019

Heating & cooling team added; 24/7 emergency line launches.
2024

Remodel studio opens; 10,000th job completed.
