Yes. Your technician gives you a written flat-rate price before any work starts. If we discover something unexpected, we stop, explain it and ask before doing anything extra.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Our emergency line is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Standard appointments run Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
What does the two-year guarantee cover?
