Simple food, cooked over fire.
Seasonal Mediterranean plates from oak and olive wood, natural wine from people we know, and a long table that always has room for one more.

Everything we cook touches the flames.
There is no gas line in our kitchen. Bread, fish, vegetables and the occasional whole lamb all cook over oak and olive wood, in an oven we built by hand a decade ago.
The menu follows the market and changes most weeks. What stays the same is the warmth: of the fire, of the room, and of a team that has mostly been here since the beginning.

Fire is the oldest seasoning there is. Our job is to know when to step back and let it work.

What our guests say
“The lamb shoulder alone is reason enough to cross town. Ask for the counter seats and watch the fire do its work.”
