Skip or pause

Away for a fortnight? Skip a delivery or pause for as long as you like by replying to your reminder email.

Cancel any time

No minimum term. Let us know before 1pm the day before a delivery and it won’t go out.

Questions

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Yes. Put their postcode above and add a note when we confirm. Three-month and six-month gift subscriptions are paid up front and end on their own.

What happens on bank holidays?

We’re closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. A delivery that falls on one moves to the next day we deliver, and the dates above show it.

Do you deliver subscriptions outside Shrewsbury?

Anywhere we deliver bouquets: Shrewsbury, the villages around it and parts of Shropshire and Telford. The delivery charge for your area is added to each delivery.
