  • A duty manager on site for every booking
When can we hire a room?
Between 08:00 and 22:00, any day we’re open, with a two-hour minimum. Evening hours (after 18:00) cost 15% more because they need a duty manager.
Who gets the community rate?
Registered charities, community groups, residents’ associations and anyone running something free or pay-what-you-can for local people. Tick the box in the estimate and tell us a little about your group.
Can we bring food and drink?
Yes. You can use the kitchen for tea, coffee and cold food, or bring a caterer. We hold a premises licence, so a bar is possible through our partner; ask us early.
Can we see the rooms first?
Of course. Book a ten-minute look round with the welcome desk, Tuesday to Saturday.
What about cancellations?
Cancel up to 14 days before for a full refund. After that we refund half, or move your booking to another date for free.
