Pricing questions
What counts as an active onboarding?Open
A customer board between its kickoff and its signed handover. Boards that are paused for more than 30 days, archived or still in draft don't count.
What happens if we go over our volume?Open
Nothing stops. We bill extra onboardings at your plan's rate for the month they were active, and suggest a plan change if it happens three months running.
Can we switch between monthly and annual billing?Open
Yes. Moving to annual applies the 15% discount from your next invoice; moving to monthly takes effect at the end of your annual term.
Do you offer nonprofit or startup pricing?Open
Registered nonprofits get 30% off the Team and Growth plans. Startups in their first two years can ask for Team at half price for the first year.
