Small groups, a brewer as your guide and a taster at every stop. Under-21s are welcome on the brewhouse tour; they get a root beer instead of the tasters and go free.

    How ten barrels of sweet wort get made, and why brew days start at 5am.

    The cellar

    Taste a beer straight from the fermenter next to the finished version.

    Canning line

    Watch cans get filled and seamed, then finish in the taproom with 15% off cans to go.
