Who gets the founding price?
Anyone on the waitlist when founding pricing closes on
. It stays with
your account for as long as you remain subscribed, whichever plan you choose.
What happens when my list crosses a price band?
Your price moves up at your next renewal, not mid-month. Bands include their top number, so 1,000
subscribers is in the first band and 1,001 is in the next.
Do unsubscribed readers count?
No. You only pay for people you can actually email. Readers resting after a win-back don't count either.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Going up takes effect right away, and going down takes effect at your next renewal. You
keep your founding discount either way.
