Tickets & entry

Can I get a refund?

Tickets aren’t refundable unless the festival is cancelled, but you can transfer them to someone else for free until 1 June 2027.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Show the e-ticket on your phone at the gate and we’ll swap it for a wristband. Screenshots work too, in case signal is patchy.

Can I leave and come back in?

Yes, re-entry is allowed until 20:00 each day. After that, the arena is exit only (the campsite stays open all night).

Is there an age limit?

Solstice is for all ages. Under-16s must be with an adult aged 18 or over, and under-5s go free.

On site

Is the festival cashless?

Every trader takes cards and phone payments. The box office and welfare tent also accept cash, and can swap cash for a prepaid card.

Where can I charge my phone?

At the solar charging bar next to the Long Table, and in the quiet tent. Bring your own cable.

What happens if it rains?

The festival goes ahead. The Orchard, Firefly Tent and big-top dining tent are covered. We only stop music if the wind is unsafe for the stages.

I’ve lost something (or someone)

Lost property and lost children are both handled at the welfare tent next to first aid. Any steward can radio them for you.

Camping

When does the campsite open?

Oak Field opens at 10:00 on Friday and closes at 12:00 on Monday. There are no early-arrival passes this year.

Are there showers?

Yes, hot showers in the campsite are free for campers, plus a morning swim in the pond from 07:30 to 09:30 with lifeguards.

Can I bring a campervan?

Yes, with a campervan pitch add-on (£65) for each van, on top of a Weekend + camping or Family weekend ticket per person.

Food & drink

Can I bring my own food and drink?

A picnic is welcome. You can bring up to two litres of soft drinks per person in plastic or cans. No glass, and no spirits.

Is there food for allergies and special diets?

Every trader has a vegan dish and a full allergen list. Use the filters on the food page to find vegan, gluten-free, halal and dairy-free options.

Is drinking water free?

Always. There are six refill points (see the water layer on the map) and every bar will fill your bottle for free.
