Yes. Clearwater Trust is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so gifts are tax-deductible in the US to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive a receipt by email.

How do you choose which projects to fund?

Communities apply through our local partners. We fund projects with community ownership, a repair plan and fair water fees.

Do you accept gifts of stock or from donor-advised funds?
