Yes. Our kintsugi service mends chipped or broken Kiln & Co. pieces with gold-dusted lacquer, free for life. Just pay for postage.

All mugs, bowls and plates are dishwasher safe. Hand-washing keeps glazes glossy for longer. Vases and planters should be washed by hand.

Mugs, bowls and plates are microwave safe. The Wide Serving Bowl is oven safe to 220°C. Avoid moving pieces straight from the fridge into a hot oven.

Yes. All of our glazes are lead-free and cadmium-free, and they are tested by an independent lab every season.

Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand, so the colour, speckling and shape vary a little. We think that is the best part.
