Illustrated portrait of Delia Quintero

Hi, I’m Delia.

AboutArchitect turned agent

I used to design houses. Now I help people choose them.

For five years I drew additions and kitchens for Nashville families. Again and again, clients came to me after they’d bought, asking how to fix a house that was never going to work: the wall that couldn’t come out, the basement that would always be damp.

So in 2015 I got my license to help people earlier, before they sign. I still tour every house with a tape measure and a sketchbook, and I still tell sellers which twenty-dollar fix will earn them five thousand.

I work alone, on purpose. When you call, you get me.

TimelineHow I got here

From drafting table to closing table

  1. 2009

    Architecture school

Five years of studio, a thesis on the Nashville shotgun house, and a lasting habit of sketching every porch I walk past.

  2. 2010

    Residential architect

Joined a small Nashville firm designing additions and renovations, mostly in East Nashville and Sylvan Park. Learned what clients really pay for.

  3. 2015

    Licensed, first sale

Got my license and sold my first home: a 1925 bungalow on Russell Street to a couple I’d once drawn a kitchen for.

  4. 2018

    Independent agent

Joined Larkspur & Main Realty as an independent agent, so clients deal with me, not a team.

  5. 2020

    Video tours

Started recorded walk-throughs with honest commentary. Relocating buyers still make up a quarter of my clients.

  6. 2021

    The Market Memo

Launched a monthly email of what sold, for how much and how fast. It now goes to over 3,000 neighbors.

  7. 2025

    200 homes

Closed my 200th sale, a Sylvan Park bungalow, eight days after it listed.

PrinciplesHow I work

Three promises I make every client

  • Honest pricing

I price from the comps, not from hope. If your number is too high, I’ll show you why on paper before we list.

  • An architect’s eye

Structure, light, layout and what it would cost to change them. You get a written walkthrough of every house we seriously consider.

  • One person, start to finish

No assistants showing your home, no hand-offs at the negotiating table. You have my cell number from day one.
