We started with one desk above a bakery on Harbour Street. Today we’re a team of twenty-four across two offices, still independent, still local, and still answering the phone ourselves.

Our story
Twenty-seven years on the harbour
1999
One desk on Harbour Street
Eleanor Vance opens Harbor & Hill above Malone’s Bakery with a borrowed fax machine.
2006
Lettings arrives
We launch a lettings and management service. Priya Nair joins two years later and builds it to 400 homes.
2014
Westshore office
A second office opens beside the Westshore marina to serve the growing coastal market.
2021
Agency of the Year
Named Independent Agency of the Year at the Coastal Property Awards, the first of three wins.
2026
Still independent
Twenty-four people, two offices and the same promise: local agents who answer their own phones.
