Good work deserves a better flow.

05 / THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE THREAD

Software should
leave room for people.

We make Weftiq in Wymondham, with a simple aim: help small teams give the repetitive bits a better home. We would rather build one clear connection than another complicated dashboard.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT IT

The process
belongs to the team.

Explain the decision.

A flow should make sense to the person who inherits it. Plain names, a visible condition and a readable run log are part of the product.

Leave a way to pause.

People need to be able to stop a process, inspect a change and choose a different route. Speed does not make that responsibility disappear.

Keep the difficult bit human.

Use AI for a first pass, a summary or a useful classification. Ask a person to make the decisions that need context, care or accountability.

OPEN WORKFLOW HOURS

Bring one
repetitive task.

A small group conversation, held online on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 14:00 UK time. We look at the steps, not a sales deck.
