What counts as a response?
One submitted form. Partial answers, test submissions from the editor and spam we block don't count.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Your forms keep working. On Maker and Team, extra responses are added in blocks at the end of the month. On Free, we'll ask you to upgrade and pause new responses after a 20% grace.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Any time. Moving to annual takes effect right away with credit for the rest of your month; moving to monthly starts at your next renewal.
Do you offer nonprofit and education pricing?
Yes: 40% off Maker and Team for registered nonprofits, schools and libraries. Send us your details from the sales page.
Where is my data stored?
In data centers in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Business plans can choose an EU region.
How does the Team trial work?
Fourteen days of every Team feature, no card needed. When it ends you pick a plan or drop to Free; nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing page. Annual plans are refunded for whole unused months within the first 60 days.
