Places are confirmed by the school after a conversation. Your chosen session is a preference until we reply.
Finding your time
Do lessons run in the school holidays?
Our regular groups follow a ten-week teaching term. Your confirmation includes every lesson date and the half-term pause. Individual holiday sessions are arranged directly with your tutor.
Can siblings come at the same time?
We try to match parallel lessons where the timetable allows. Tell us both instruments and ages in your enquiry. The waiting room has books, colouring materials and a small table.
What if I miss a lesson?
Please let us know as soon as possible. With 48 hours’ notice, individual lessons can be rearranged once per term subject to your tutor’s availability. Group lessons cannot be refunded individually, but we share the practice notes.
