One shared product rhythm

From “we could” to “we’re ready”.

Give the idea a home, make the trade-offs visible and set a release rhythm your team can keep.

  1. 1AlignWrite the problem, the audience and the evidence once.
  2. 2PrioritiseScore the options in the open and talk about the inputs.
  3. 3CommitFit the release to real capacity and agree when to look again.

How the three steps work

In every workspace

Six things your planning
stops chasing.

Compare plans

Roadmap board

Now, Next and Later columns for every initiative, with owners, evidence and a stage anyone can change.

Priority scoring

Reach, impact, confidence and effort in the open. Edit the inputs and watch the order change.

Release capacity

Pick a release scope, set weekly capacity and see the week each initiative should land.

Decision log

Every stage change and score edit is kept with who made it and why, ready for the next review.

Saved views

Keep the slices you check every week, such as “Engineering, Next” or “Customer requests”.

Weekly digest

A short Monday summary of what moved and what’s waiting for a decision, sent to the people who need it.

“We moved six teams off three spreadsheets in a fortnight. The Monday digest replaced a meeting nobody liked.”

Security and trust

Your roadmap is
your business.

Plans hold unreleased ideas, customer evidence and dates. We look after them the way you would.

Ask for our security pack
UK hosting
Workspaces are hosted in London data centres, with backups in a second UK region.
Encrypted throughout
TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Attachments use the same keys and rotation.
Single sign-on
SAML single sign-on on Team and Scale. SCIM provisioning and access reviews on Scale.
Read-only connections
Connections ask for the narrowest access they need, and you can revoke any of them in one step.
Backups you can rely on
Hourly backups, kept for 35 days. We test a full restore every quarter.
UK GDPR ready
A data processing agreement, sub-processor list and Cyber Essentials Plus certificate on request.

Useful boundaries

A roadmap is a conversation.
Not a promise machine.

Separate an idea from a commitment. Keep the reason beside the work. Review the plan when the evidence changes.

Open the roadmap workspace
Can a small team start without a process?

Start with Now, Next and Later. Put a handful of initiatives in each and agree which problem matters most. Add scoring when it helps.

Does every idea need a date?

No. The roadmap shows direction. The capacity plan gives selected initiatives an estimated release week. Keep uncommitted ideas in Later.

Who owns the final priority?

Your team does. Planwick makes the inputs visible. A score is useful evidence, not an instruction.

Can we bring our existing backlog?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet or connect your issue tracker. We match identifiers, owners and stages before anything is created.

Who can see our roadmap?

Only the people you invite. Planning seats can edit; anyone else you share a view with can read it without a paid seat.

How long does setup take?

Most teams have a working roadmap in an afternoon. Team and Scale plans include a guided setup call with one of us.
