The Garnet is a nonprofit. Memberships pay for the projectionist, the organ tuner and the films nobody else in Montana will show. You get cheaper tickets, free popcorn and a say in the program.

Member questions
Can I bring a guest at the member price?
Yes, one guest per visit at every level. Projectionist members also get two free tickets each month to use however they like.
Is my membership tax-deductible?
Part of it. The Garnet Theater is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and we send a receipt each January showing the deductible portion. This is general information, not tax advice.
Do member prices apply to special events?
For screenings with an intro or Q&A, yes. Organ Loft Silents and private events have their own prices, with a member discount listed on each.
How do I cancel?
Call (406) 555-0125 or tell the box office. Monthly memberships stop at the end of the month; annual memberships simply don’t renew.
