Each one does a single job and hands off cleanly to the next. Everything below is a working piece of the beta, so go ahead and press things.
Loft Editor
A page, a cursor and your words. Type a slash when you need a photo, a button or a product. The spacing and the dark-mode fixes are our problem.
- Saved sections for your header, sign-off and sponsor slot
- Plain-text version beside the HTML, edited by hand
- Paste from anywhere, including a 40-row table, and it holds up

Automations that behave like a person would. They wait for a reasonable hour, skip weekends if you ask, and stop as soon as somebody replies or buys.
Flocks
A Flock is a saved group of readers that keeps itself up to date. Build one from what people do, and see how many people it reaches before you write a word.
The figures here use a typical beta list of 12,480 subscribers.
