About Brightline

A local team that picks up the phone

We’re 38 licensed technicians, office staff and project managers who live in the neighbourhoods we work in. Family-owned since 2011.

Our story

Dana Ruiz spent ten years watching homeowners get vague quotes, surprise invoices and no-shows. In 2011 she started Brightline with a simple promise: show up on time, price the job before starting and fix it right the first time.

What we stand for

Tell the truth
If a repair isn't worth it, we say so, even when replacing would earn us more.
Leave it cleaner
Floor protection, shoe covers and a tidy-up are part of every job, not an upsell.
Own the outcome
Our two-year guarantee means the job isn't done until it's done right.
