Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, at both shops, every day we’re open. Booked clients go first, so check the current wait on the home page or call ahead. Weekday mornings are usually quietest.

How early should I arrive?

Five minutes is perfect. If you’re more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or move you to the next free chair.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or move your booking for free up to 4 hours before. Later than that, or a no-show, and we charge 50% of the service on your next visit.

Do you cut longer or women’s hair?

We cut short and medium-length hair of every kind and price by the service, not by gender. For longer scissor work book a Scissor cut with Jae or Danny.

How do kids’ cuts work?

Kids cuts are for 12 and under. We have booster seats, a cartoon on the mirror screen if it helps, and First haircuts come with a certificate and a lock of hair.

How do I pay and tip?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. Tips go 100% to your barber and can be added on the card reader or left in cash.

What if I’m not happy with my cut?

Come back within 7 days and we’ll fix it for free. Just tell us at the front or call the shop.
