Can I get a refund?

Yes. Tickets are fully refundable until 1 February 2027. After that you can transfer your ticket to a colleague for free at any time.

How does the team discount work?

Add five or more tickets of any type to one order and 15% comes off the whole order automatically. For groups over 20, email us for a custom quote.

Do you offer diversity or financial-aid tickets?

We give away 100 free conference passes to people from groups under-represented in tech. Applications open in January.

Will talks be recorded?

Every talk on the main stages is recorded and shared with Conference, Full and Student pass holders within two weeks.

Is there a code of conduct?

Yes, and we enforce it. Everyone attending, speaking or sponsoring agrees to it when registering.
