Is there a joining fee?
No. You pay your first month (or year) and that's it.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Freeze for up to three months a year for injury, travel or life in general, free of charge.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from the Forge app with 30 days' notice. Annual plans can be refunded pro rata in the first 30 days.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades start at your next billing date.
Do you offer student or corporate rates?
Students and healthcare workers get 15% off any plan. We also have corporate packages for teams of five or more. Ask at the front desk.
