Since 2014
There is no gas line in our kitchen. Bread, fish, vegetables and the occasional whole lamb all cook over oak and olive wood, in an oven we built by hand a decade ago.
The menu follows the market and changes most weeks. What stays the same is the warmth: of the fire, of the room, and of a team that has mostly been here since the beginning.

Smoked paprika oil, crushed potatoes, capers and parsley.

Slow-cooked over oak for eight hours, green sauce, roast potatoes.

Grilled over olive wood with fennel, olives, chilli and lemon.
Fire is the oldest seasoning there is. Our job is to know when to step back and let it work.
Kind words
“The lamb shoulder alone is reason enough to cross town. Ask for the counter seats and watch the fire do its work.”

“We came for a birthday and stayed until they stacked the chairs. The natural wine list is a joy to explore.”
