We pack every plant snugly in recyclable card, with a care card. We dispatch Monday to Thursday, so no plant waits in a depot over a weekend: order by 12 noon on a dispatch day and it leaves the same afternoon. Tracked delivery then takes 1–2 working days. Standard mainland delivery is £5.95, or free when your plant subtotal after any discount reaches £65.
Collection from 14 Gracious Street is free, ready the next day we’re open. We can’t send plants beyond mainland Great Britain (including the Scottish islands, Scilly and Northern Ireland) or to PO boxes.
If your plant arrives damaged, email a photograph to hello@frond.example within 48 hours. We’ll take a look and help put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
