Who it’s for
Most of my clients are very good at what they do. Then the role shifted from doing the work to leading the people who do it, and nobody handed them a map.
Promoted in the last 18 months, still doing your old job at night and unsure what “good” looks like now.
Most start with First 90 Days
You went from four people to forty, and the way you lead hasn’t caught up with the company you’ve built.
Most start with Executive 1:1
Stepping up to director or VP and leading other managers for the first time, with a bigger remit and less air cover.
Most start with Executive 1:1
Good at your job, less sure it’s the right one. You want a considered plan for what’s next, not a leap in the dark.

Outcomes
Every engagement ends with the same short survey. These are the numbers since 2019, unrounded and unpolished.

Every engagement follows the same four points of the compass. Not a script: a way of making sure we never skip from “what’s wrong” straight to “try harder”.
How the method worksWhere are you really? A 360° listening tour, a week of calendar data and an honest look at the habits that got you here.
Where are you heading? We define the leader you want to be in a year, in specific behaviours your team would notice.
Build the two or three skills that close the gap: delegation, feedback, saying no, running a meeting that ends with a decision.
Practise in the real job between sessions, with small experiments, a weekly check-in and someone noticing when you slip back.
Client stories
I stopped rewriting my team’s work at 11pm. Three months in, two of them have been promoted and I took my first real holiday in four years.
Nadia asked the question nobody on my board would: what are you still doing that someone else should own? That one question restructured my week.
The cohort was the first time I realised every new manager feels like a fraud. Hearing seven people say it out loud was worth the fee on its own.
Our leadership team now makes decisions in the meeting instead of in the corridor afterwards. It sounds small. It changed how the whole company runs.
I came in wanting to quit and left with a plan, a promotion case and a far better relationship with my own manager. Calm, practical, never fluffy.
We brought Nadia in for one workshop on feedback. A year later “can I give you a Bearing note?” is still how our team starts hard conversations.
